Job Description:
As a CASA Supervisor, you will play a vital role in advocating for the best interests of children in foster care. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and supervising CASA volunteers, as well as coordinating cases in Faulkner, Conway, Van Buren, and Searcy Counties. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every child receives the support they need to thrive.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a social service field or equivalent experience
Commitment to our mission and philosophy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with volunteers preferred
Knowledge of the legal system and issues related to child abuse and neglect
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,000.00 - $38,414.00 per year
