What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with pediatric learning solutions (PLS) software development team members to build and deploy web-based applications for internal and external clients.
  • Collaborate with the PLS software development team on planning, architecture, and design processes.
  • Test and revise solutions, including user acceptance testing, to ensure proper performance and efficiencies are met.
  • Documents solutions in accordance with development standards and procedures as outlined by the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Work within change control guidelines for production implementations.


Required Experience:


What You’ll Bring to CHA

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or related field; minimum of 3 years’ experience in full-cycle software development
  • Solid understanding of modern software development life cycle (SDLC) and client/server architecture in an enterprise environment
  • Experience in web application development technologies (HTML 5, JavaScript/ES6, JSON, REST, JQuery, Angular, RxJS, NodeJS)
  • Experience with Version Control Systems (VCS) such as: GIT (preferred), SVN, or others. Solid understanding of VCS procedures, such as GitFlow, Pull Requests and resolving merge conflicts
  • Solid understanding of the .NET architecture (.NET [C#/ ASP.NET], .NET Framework 4.8 or .NET Core)
  • Solid understanding of N-tier architecture, SaaS, and cloud-based services
  • Development experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Excellent time management/project management skills, a keen eye for detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to organize and prioritize projects

This position is based in our Lenexa, Kansas, office. We leverage a hybrid working model with three days per week in the office.

Vaccinations
