Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute age-appropriate curriculum and activities that foster physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Create a nurturing and safe classroom environment where children feel comfortable and secure.
- Monitor and document children's progress and development, sharing observations with parents and colleagues.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with families, including regular communication about children's achievements and needs.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the holistic needs of the children are met effectively.
- Adhere to state licensing regulations and center policies for child care and education.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
