What are the responsibilities and job description for the Curriculum Admin position at Children's Lighthouse of Holly Springs?
We are seeking a highly organized, motivated and detail-oriented Curriculum Admin to join our team. The key responsibilities include:
- Implement Children's Lighthouse curriculum in all classrooms and ensure it gets followed up on a daily basis. This includes ensuring all classrooms have appropriate supplies.
- Works with teachers and Admin team on maintaining quality classroom environment. Provide appropriate training & guidance to teachers.
- Assists in coordination of school-wide special curriculum events.
- Coordinates sharing and use of supplies requested by teachers. (Takes requests of supplies from teachers, fills requests as much as possible in house and makes list of items that need to be purchased.)
- Manage leads and conduct tours to facilitate enrollment of new families. Answer all phones in a polite, courteous and professional manner.
- Walkthrough the building multiple times a day and conduct classroom observations to ensure appropriate compliance with state, sanitation and CLH guidelines.
- Demonstrate a positive Customer Service attitude and provide great customer service to all parents and children.
- Completes any additional miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as assigned including covering classrooms on as needed basis.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a large Childcare center.
- Solid understanding of State and Sanitation rules. Proven experience in curriculum development or instructional design
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to politely interact with parents and staff.
- Familiarity with Early Education Learning methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for education and a commitment to delivering high-quality programs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
