Child Care Center Director

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to oversee the operations of our child care facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education administration and working with children, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young learners.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children
- Supervise and support staff members, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and address any concerns or feedback
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the child care center, including budgeting, scheduling, and maintaining a safe environment
- Oversee enrollment procedures, admissions, and record-keeping processes

Requirements:

- High School /Associate /Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of state licensing regulations for child care facilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with children, parents, and staff members

-Director Certificate or Director License required.

- First Aid CPR Certification.

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Experience in higher education teaching
- Familiarity with educational administration practices

Pay: $38,719.68 - $46,630.14 per year
