RESPONSIBILITIES
This professional position works both internally and externally to engage in, coordinate, and provide operational/programmatic support to program division activities. This position is expected to collaborate with colleagues, residents, providers, clients, and community members to ensure that multiple perspectives are included in planning and delivering services to reach CSC’s child outcomes, with a focus on reducing disparities. Responsibilities include process development, oversight and quality improvement; coordination of scheduling and timelines; support of resident engagement activities including resident compensation; facilitation and participation in community engagement activities; and agreement management and support. This position develops, implements, and maintains strong communication protocols among multiple parties and stakeholders involved in program division activities.
