Position Overview:
As part of a multi-disciplinary Quality Improvement team, supports the maintenance of electronic and paper case files, aggregates and analyzes process and outcomes data in support of continuous quality improvement efforts across the agency, and works with program leadership to ensure compliance with data entry protocols, accuracy of case records, and efficacy of service delivery.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with two years of human services, research, or data management experience required. Master’s Degree in related field with relevant quantitative expertise also accepted. Strong written and oral communication skills required. Quantitative skills, Excel , and strong analytic ability strongly preferred. Knowledge of child welfare and juvenile justice systems preferred. Familiarity with ACS and OCFS software systems, rules and procedures preferred.
Salary: $55,000
