Registration Representative

Purpose of this position:

This position involves meeting the public and directing them to proper staff members. Assist the Admissions Supervisor and Staff by performing necessary duties to ensure Admissions Department functions to the benefit of the agency and clients. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Handling crisis follow up calls/emails as well as some incoming registration calls and scheduling intake appointments
• Knowledge of good English usage and grammar
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment with the use of good communication skills
• Ability to use common office equipment

High school diploma or equivalency.
