$5,000 Sign on Bonus!
The Outpatient Clinic Services Director is responsible for the supervision of master's level clinical therapists and interns who are providing outpatient individual, family and group therapies. The Director is responsible for overseeing the admission and treatment process to ensure that services are being utilized, quality care is provided and documented and billed accurately.
This position is 37.5 hours a week.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Licensure required: LCSW, LMFT, LPC licensing or be a licensed Psychologist.
- 3-5 years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting
- Supervisory experience with leadership and management or potential
- Ability to effectively supervise staff and work with other agency staff & departments.
- Strong evaluation and clinical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
- Demonstrated decision making & problem-solving skills.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
