What You’ll Do
Coordinate post-award grant management. Work with the Director of Grants, accounting department, and program leaders to monitor grant awards budgets, track grant spending, and ensure intent with funding requirements.

Develop and maintain master files on grants and documentation connected to programs funded by grants.

Use basic, budgetary skill sets to help reconcile fiscal reports and tracking of philanthropic funds.

As assigned by the Director of Grants, assist in the research and writing of grants and funding requests to foundations, corporations, and other funders.

Assist and provide back-up for the Development Information Specialist in gift receipting, database entry and financial reporting elements. Includes data entry, data integrity, and related items within the donor database.

Support gift officers with donor reports, mailing lists, and stewardship reports.
- Assist with other Foundation responsibilities and events, as needed.
What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Applicants with at least 4 years of closely aligned experience will also be considered.
- Experience with grants compliance, budgeting and fiscal management and/or grant writing preferred.

Computer skills including Microsoft Office, and ability to proficiently learn new software programs. Experience in a CRM database, Microsoft Excel, and/or Google Sheets is desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others, both verbally and in writing, and foster effective relationships with co-workers, donors, and other constituents.
- Ability to communicate in English effectively for understanding, in writing and verbally.
