Infrastructure Project Coordinator

You will be responsible for the execution of infrastructure works across the different locations of Chillibreeze and its Units. You will be working with a team to come up with ideas, designs, and execute projects that will provide spaces in Chillibreeze so that the different teams can serve our customers without any disturbances or breakdowns as we continue to grow and expand. You will also be responsible for the administrative work needed for the Infra team to function productively and effectively.

Note: 12 Passed with computer knowledge and Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Role and Responsibilities

• Designing, executing, and maintaining the infrastructure.
• Develop project plans and budget estimates for infrastructure projects.
• Interacting with vendors to procure necessary hardware and services.
• Establishing and enforcing best standard practices and procedures
• Provide status reports to leadership regularly.
• Manage project risks and issues and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.
• Develop and manage budgets for procurement and inventory-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ensure project documentation, including plans, budgets, timelines, and reports, is accurate, and up to date.
• Work alongside the team, jumping in whenever necessary, and be hands on to help the team when needed.

Requirements

• Ability to lead project teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Able to handle budget management and financial reporting.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of procurement and inventory management best practices, including experience with inventory control systems and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Starting Salary after appointment: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
