Job Summary :
The Resident Services Coordinator provides direct services and community building and engagement programming to residents living in Single Room Occupancy (SRO) hotels in the Chinatown / North Beach neighborhoods.
This position will help staff a SRO service hub which provides service to all SRO residents but will have special assignments to two properties, 937 Clay and Swiss American Hotel.
The position requires a motivated and resourceful individual who is sensitive to resident needs; has excellent service coordination, team-building and group facilitation skills;
and thrives in a relatively independent work environment.Status :
