```Duties```
- Making weekly schedules for staff- Prepare and bake cookies.
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality and taste- Operate and maintain baking equipment, such as ovens, mixers, etc.
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate and present cookies in an appealing manner
- Receive and manage shipments, deliveries, and inventory of product
- Hire and train staff and shift leads for all store processes
- Verify employee time cards weekly for payroll process- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards while handling and storing ingredients- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and meet customer demands- Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and placing orders as needed
-Other duties as assigned
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working in a bakery or culinary environment is preferred- Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients
- Strong people leadership skills to manage, train, correct and have hard conversations with employees- Strong attention to detail to ensure consistent quality of baked goods
- Excellent time management skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures- Great customer service skills when interacting with customers
- Strong organization skills. Making sure that the store, shifts, and process is highly organized and efficient.
