SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic self-starter to oversee chips social channels and community! The Social Media Manager will manage existing and new social channels, plan and execute content, and engage with social communities. This person is a key customer contact for all social communities and operations, creating positive relationships and brand stewardship.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Channels
- Ability to collaborate on and create tailored social content (from concept to approval) using graphics, photos, and videos across product offerings with a focus on meaningful engagement and ongoing optimization.
- Daily social management, monitoring, listening, and engagement, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Social Communities
- Motivation to stay current on social channel trends and content and the initiative to activate trends while balancing business priorities.
- Support existing Influencer Program and identify new opportunities for on-brand collaborations.
- Support online reputation management across review channels
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
- 2-3 years of experience managing multiple social channels and content for a business or brand
- Demonstrate strategic, creative, and analytical thinking
- Insights driven
- Lead with a customer service and team mindset
- Resilient, adaptable problem-solver and improver
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
