Chipr has teamed up with national retailers across the country to run their wireless sales departments. We’re growing at light-speed which is why we are now hiring Retail Sales Consultants.

Requirements

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops, implements, and executes a strategic business plan for Chipr including achievement of assigned metrics.
  • Collaborates and communicates at all levels of the organization to meet AT&T and Chipr goals.
  • Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and company policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
  • Approves contracts, actively assisting with negotiations.
  • Approves advertising and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, new technologies, and market conditions relevant to the division and industry.
  • Performs other duties as required.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School education or higher
  • Driver's license and transportation
  • A great personality and hard-working mentality


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace or related software.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
