Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential leads. Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target demographics

- Utilize various lead generation techniques such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach

- Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM software

- Follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel

- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English (written and verbal)

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or technical sales is preferred

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a lead generation role

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail
