Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on building systems including HVAC/R, electrical, and plumbing
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment and machinery
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Operate scissor lifts for maintenance tasks at heights
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals for maintenance procedures
- Utilize knowledge of hydraulics for equipment maintenance
- Use an ohmmeter to diagnose electrical problems
- Maintain low voltage systems within the building
Skills
- Experience in industrial maintenance practices
- Proficiency in HVAC/R systems
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Ability to operate scissor lifts safely and effectively
- Familiarity with hydraulics for machinery maintenance
