Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with the Chipset21 team, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Must be able to follow instructions and complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Must have the ability to problem solve and work well with others.
- This position is for the successful management of a small team of maintenance workers who are responsible for the general maintenance of all buildings and grounds within the assigned location. The supervisor will report directly to the owner/operator of Chipset21 who will also report directly to the manager of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a small team of maintenance workers who are responsible for the general maintenance of all buildings and grounds within assigned location. The supervisor will report directly to the owner/operator of Chipset21 who will also report directly to the manager of our company.
- Assign tasks and oversee the work performed by his/her team members.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and ensure that all maintenance procedures are followed when equipment is repaired or replaced.
- Perform routine repairs and maintenance on building systems (windows, doors, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) as needed.

Pay: $21.74 - $26.18 per hour
