What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procurement Analyst position at Chipton Ross Inc.?
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Procurement Analyst for a hybrid contract opportunity in St.Louis, MO, or Mesa, AZ, or North Charleston, SC.
This position will be onsite as needed and for the first few weeks of training. After training majority of work will be performed remotely.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in the development and deployment of internal/external process improvements, organization initiatives and projects/procurement activities. Assists with the maintenance of processes and systems. Utilizes procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis. Supports the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics, supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience with MRP and finance systems
• IT Systems (SAP)
• Data Analytics
• Process Improvements (Six Sigma)
• Collaborating across organizations
• IT Systems Support
• Metrics and KPI’s
EDUCATION:
Accredited HSD/GED
College Degree Preferred, Experience with MRP and finance systems

MISCELLANEOUS:
The candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by the client.
