Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist (Rancho Santa Margarita)
compensation: Starting at $16/hr up to $20 DOE.

We are a well-established chiropractic office that also incorporates medical treatments. We are in need of a front desk receptionist/assistant. We offer a fun and friendly environment. We provide a caring relationship with our patient’s and also allowing you to grow both personally and professionally. Our focus is on providing our patients with natural healing and holistic medical alternatives to restore health.

This position requires proficiency in answering phones, scheduling, patient communication including appointment follow-up via texting, phone calls and processing payments. Assisting in performing therapies on patients and office maintenance. Must be detail oriented and excellent in multi-tasking while working in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel would be helpful. Experience in medical claims would be very beneficial.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
