The Homeownership Center is CHN’s ‘one stop shop’ for homeownership products and services. The team consists of homeownership experts that support clients throughout their homeownership journey.
Position Summary: The Homeownership Center Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Homeownership Center. This position is responsible for supervising Homeownership Center staff and ensuring that production and outcome goals are met.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Homeownership Center. This includes overseeing the client pipeline and ensuring that staff are working with clients to hit mortgage-readiness benchmarks and reaching their homeownership goal(s). At all times, you will proactively collaborate and communicate with internal and external leaders/stakeholders to ensure a steady stream of clients to the Homeownership Center and that clients are receiving a high-level of customer service and staff support.
You will supervise staff and collaborate with leadership to develop, refine, and/or update staff goals based on policies, goals, and the needs of the Homeownership Center. You will actively develop and promote the ongoing training and professional development activities with staff and utilize quality control reports to provide actionable feedback to staff around production, program goals, and ongoing program/process improvement.
Displaying close attention to detail, you will prepare and submit monthly and quarterly production and outcome reports as well as monthly and quarterly program reports. If a program requires regular reporting to funder(s), you will, in addition, prepare and submit reports in consistent accordance with funder submission procedures.
You will work diligently with staff and leadership to continuously refine processes and procedures to ensure that clients are reaching mortgage-readiness and attaining homeownership. This includes coordinating and working with CHN Housing Capital and Financial Mobility leadership to review systems, policies, and procedures and make recommendations for improvement.

Required:
Education:
- 4-year degree preferred
Experience:
- 4 years in similar field
- Supervision of staff or demonstrated ability to lead a team
Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team or project to successful implementation
- Demonstrated ability to serve and work with a diverse population
- Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders
- Can provide clear and concise instructions
- Can use and interpret program data to identify trends, opportunities, and staff production and efficacy
Preferred:
- Bi-lingual
- Familiarity with Salesforce
