Job Description: As the Packing Back House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the packing department in our Mound House, NV facility. You will ensure that products are packed according to quality standards, production schedules are met, and safety protocols are followed. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise packing staff to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of products.
- Develop and implement packing procedures to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with production and quality control teams to meet production targets and maintain product quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of packing materials.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor packing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to address any packing-related issues or concerns.

Requirements:
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or packaging environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of packing equipment and procedures.
- Understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Schedule will be Tue-Fri 0900-1700 with occasional weekends as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:
