Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for the oversight of all Hotel operations, including Pools, Valet, Shuttles and other designated areas within the assigned region, to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in all areas relating to guest service, personnel, sales/marketing, property appearance, and profit/financial control. This position focuses on optimizing room revenue, occupancy, controlling expenses and ensuring all services and productivity standards are consistently met to assure 100% guest satisfaction.
This position is Exempt | Must be willing to work flexible hours include nights, weekends, and holidays | Pay will be based on experience
Primary Tasks:
Provide overall leadership, guidance, and direction to all regional hotel management team’s as they strive to provide the highest quality in standards and services.
Participate in Hotel sales efforts working with Yield and Player Development to analyze, negotiate business, determine occupancy, and pricing and yield strategies at all properties in assigned region.
Monitor Hotel leadership staff of the properties to ensure that they provide the level of service as stipulated and will ensure that the necessary action to correct any noted deficiencies are taken in a timely manner. Mentor, lead and position all leadership staff for their professional growth.
Confer with managers to assure smooth functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
Ensure all communication, standards, polices, MICS, TICS and expectations are communicated and then executed.
Recognize, anticipate and strategically plan for industry changes, local market fluctuations and general economic trends.
Maintain the facilities, rooms, entrances, amenities, and services to meet and exceed the expectations of all Guests. Perform routine room inspections to ensure adherence to the standards and quality products.
Drive the business by promoting the Choctaw Casino and Resort facilities and services for use and repeat visits by both the gaming and non-gaming segments of the market.
Direct investigation into causes of guest complaints and associate issues and respond accordingly. Promote total guest satisfaction by addressing the complaints, answering inquires, resolve problems that Guests may have encountered.
Coordinate and collaborate with the Marketing Department to ensure that the maximum gaming yield is achieved.

Required Education, Skills and Experience:
MINIMUM
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Casino/Resort Management Studies or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge and understanding of various hotel operating systems.
Proficient computer skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong oral or written communication techniques.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Eight (8) years of previous Hotel Director level experience with multiple property responsibilities
TARGET
MBA or Master’s in Hospitality Management.
Knowledge and understanding of various hotel operating systems.
Advanced yield management ability
Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing with the use of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong oral or written communication techniques.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ten (10) years of previous experience directing all operations in a large-scale Casino Hotel, Casino resort type environment and Tribal Casino environment.
