Client Service:
Answering incoming phone calls.
Providing responses, via phone call or email, to client inquiries within the boundaries of your training and licensing.
Aiding in the preparation of client reviews, which may involve gathering necessary information or documents.
Assisting in client presentations, potentially by preparing materials or coordinating logistics.
Completing various forms such as applications and client intake forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Administration and Compliance:
Performing daily compliance tasks to ensure adherence to regulations and company policies.
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and other forms of communication.
Updating client profile information in the system, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Supporting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities as instructed, which may include data entry or reporting tasks.
Carrying out other responsibilities as assigned or needed, which could encompass a wide range of tasks depending on business needs.
Required Skills and/or Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and with a small team.
The ideal candidate should be honest, hard-working, ethical, and have an optimistic outlook.
Experience:
Experience in the securities industry may provide insights into additional tasks that could arise, such as market research, investment analysis, or portfolio management support.
Experience with client data management systems and CRMs tailored for investment firms.
A Series 7 and Series 66 is preferred, but not required.
Pay is negotiable based on experience.

Pay: $40,500.00 - $52,000.00 per year
