- Ensure accurate recordkeeping by reviewing and verifying personal information including names, ages, addresses, insurance policies, insurance forms, and other data
- Manage accurate client records through diligent data entry and recordkeeping
- Issue and calculate refunds, premiums, policy adjustments, and more
- Make calls, send emails, and employ other channels in accordance with company policies to communicate with existing and prospective clients
- Modify, update, and process insurance policies by working directly with insurance agents, team members, and policyholders
- Prospect for new clients
- Set/Transfer appointments
- Handle objections
- Required to get licensed within the first 30 days of hire. We will provide material
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant field preferred; high school diploma mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and risk assessment software required
- Customer service experience is beneficial; strong analytical and communications skills necessary
- Knowledge of insurance policies, carriers, and processing considered a plus
- Experience using data entry, recordkeeping, or insurance policy computer systems or programs is beneficial
- Able to pivot quickly
