Turf Tek USA is a leading provider and installer of Residential & Commercial Synthetic Grass and Commercial grade Playgrounds in the Northeast. A Sales Representative opportunity exist as a result of our fast-growing business. If you have the drive, ingenuity and ability to take a great opportunity to achieve success, this is the position for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify prospects within assigned sales territory and build a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals.
  • Quickly move prospects through the sales process by delivering outstanding consultative, sales, and customer experience.
  • Update sales and client databases with current information.
  • Schedule site visits for qualified prospects to confirm measurements of property.
  • Negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.
  • Follow-up after installation to ensure quality control.
  • Follow-up after installation to confirm customer satisfaction.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to co collaborate with multiple departments.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales experience preferred.
  • Construction or landscaping knowledge experience preferred.
  • Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate and is familiar with CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
  • Detail-oriented and has good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,500.02 - $100,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • 401(k)
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Travel reimbursement

Compensation package:

  • Commission pay
  • Yearly bonus

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 75% travel
