PAY RATE: $78,520 ANNUALLY (Pay is negotiable based on experience)
Fosters the total advancement of CAP; Directs and provides leadership to the Major Gifts program and staff.
Manages a portfolio of major donors, 100 donors, prospects and a small number of corporations and foundations. Is responsible for fulfillment of annual activity outcomes database upkeep, donor stewardship and required reporting.
Comprehensive Program Oversight: Provides comprehensive oversight to the Major and Planned Giving Program, including budget revenue and expenditures, accountability and performance metrics, Policy and Procedure adherence; developing/communicating program Processes and Protocols, monitoring major gift donor Stewardship, fostering integration with the Philanthropy Department, assuring Strategic Plan goals and objectives and providing overall Leadership by example and commitment.
Provides comprehensive team leadership in every aspect of the program, including planning and actively participating in all Team meetings and Corporate activities, fulfills corporate responsibilities; provides personnel management, professional development and direction. Fosters synergy, models All-In attitudes and behaviors. Attends and actively participates in Lexington office Leadership meetings, as well as Directors' group meetings.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in a Related Field is Required
7 or more years of successful experience in related field or combination of education and experience
Posses a Valid Kentucky Driver's License and Maintain a Safe Driving Record
CAP Driving Certification (or Ability to Obtain)
