As a vital member of our team at Christian Community Credit Union, the Full Time Information Security Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Vice President/CTO in Cybersecurity Management. You will have the opportunity to administer and configure a wide range of cybersecurity tools and applications, ensuring the protection of our members' sensitive information. Your expertise will be utilized to act as an escalation point for incident investigation and response, assess vulnerability severity, and assist in vulnerability remediation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
To excel in the role of Full Time Information Security Analyst at Christian Community Credit Union, candidates must possess a two-year degree (bachelor's degree preferred) along with Security , SSCP, and/or CISSP Certification. A minimum of five years of IT and/or Cybersecurity experience is required, as well as a proven track record of working with a high level of trust and diplomacy. The successful candidate will have strong technical proficiency and be able to communicate effectively about complex issues with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong technical planning, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience in investigating and responding to security incidents. Knowledge & skills required for the position are:

• Two-year degree required (bachelor's degree in related field preferred)

• Experience in prior role with significant level of trust and diplomacy
• Ability to discuss technical issues effectively with others including non-technical users
• Ability to work independently

• Experience investigating and responding to security incidents
• Experience utilizing the tools and processes used to discover common vulnerabilities
• Knowledge of personnel administration and labor laws
