YOUR ROLE AS A LOAN SERVICING / MORTGAGE LENDING REPRESENTATIVE II
As a Loan Servicing/Mortgage Lending Representative II at Christian Community Credit Union in San Dimas, CA, you'll play a crucial role in providing essential support for mortgage and ministry lending operations. Your responsibilities will include managing funding and servicing functions for our real estate portfolio, ensuring compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations. You'll collaborate with the Loan Origination and Production teams to guarantee timely and efficient funding processes for real estate and ministry loans. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to assist in ongoing projects related to the real estate portfolio and provide valuable support to your fellow Loan Servicing Team members. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, attention to detail, and customer-centricity.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
To excel as a Loan Servicing/Mortgage Lending Representative II at Christian Community Credit Union, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years of experience in funding mortgage loans. Proficiency in word processing (preferably Word) and spreadsheets (preferably Excel) is essential, along with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. The ability to thrive under pressure, work independently, and take initiative are key characteristics for success in this role. You should also be adept at handling various tasks, prioritizing workload efficiently, and demonstrating resourcefulness in decision-making, especially in interactions with members and colleagues. Excellent oral and written communication skills, good telephone etiquette, and accurate typing at a speed of 30 words per minute are crucial for effectively carrying out the responsibilities of this position.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
