TITLE: Fulfillment Supervisor REPORTS

TO: Fulfillment Services Manager

SUPERVISES: Fulfillment Specialists

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervises and performs all activities related to managing and shipping of finished goods efficiently and accurately to meet our client’s expectations.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

1. Responsible for monitoring and processing daily fulfillment orders. Includes picking, packaging and shipping of product.

2. Works in unison with Main Plant team members on activities related the Fulfillment Warehouse, including online ordering and material transfers.

3. Coordinates all shipments. Meets with shipping vendors as needed.

4. Maintains warehouse in a safe, clean and organized manner.

5. Performs cycle counts with team members to ensure accurate reporting.

6. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, including forklifts and order pickers.

7. Monitors packaging supply levels and replenish as needed.

8. Assigns tasks to Fulfillment Specialists so to always stay productive.

9. Duties require good computer skills.

10. Performs other relevant duties as directed by the Fulfillment Services Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

  • Warehouse experience: 2 years (Required)
