JOB SUMMARY
Assists in planning, organizing, evaluating and directing the overall operation of the Social Service Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and our established policies and procedures. Ensure that the psychosocial needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis. Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of the Christian Health Care Center.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in social work, psychology, sociology or counseling from an accredited University preferred. A Bachelor's degree in social work or Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology or counseling required.
One year Long Term Care social work experience required.
