ChristianaCare, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare, is actively recruiting a BE/BC Pathologist to join the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine in Newark, DE.
The successful candidate will join a stable, close-knit team of 10 physicians with varying surgical pathology and cytology subspecialty interests, and 5 Pathologists Assistants who perform surgical and autopsy grossing duties.
Highlights:
Well-rounded, predominantly adult centered case mix, including a variety of interesting cancer and non-cancer related cases
Affiliated NCI selected Cancer Center and Research Institute allows for many collaborative opportunities, including several multi-disciplinary conferences
In-house immunohistochemistry with a broad and evolving menu of over 150 antibodies (including multiplex capabilities), and in-house flow cytometry
Qualified applicants will possess:
Board Certified (or eligible) in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP)
Fellowship training preferred: Surgical pathology and/or Hematopathology valuable
Must have the ability to be licensed in the state of Delaware and meet credentialing requirements
