Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher
Christianson Air Conditioning & Plumbing is looking to add an experienced CSR/Dispatcher to our Plumbing Service Department.
Job Summary: This position will work within the Service Department to take incoming service calls, schedule customers, resolve customer complaints, dispatch our technicians and plumbers, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience scheduling and dispatching service technicians
- 1-3 years customer service experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Work and Outlook
- Strong organization skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
Schedule:
- Full time; in-office
- Monday through Friday
- 8 hour shift between 7:00 am to 5:30 pm; with on-call possibilities
