The Role The Senior Coordinator, Training & Sales Support role is a great next step for a Coordinator looking to further develop project management, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills while broadening their knowledge of the business. The Senior Coordinator will be deployed within a programme of support for specialist departments during sale peaks or resource gaps. The Senior Coordinator will quickly demonstrate a firm understanding of Christie’s business processes and software applications and develop and maintain strong relationships across the business. Finally, The Senior Coordinator will support the global Training and Sales Support team in facilitating contextualised systems training courses through a variety of channels, including in person classroom and 1:1 sessions, e-learning, Super User training and remote learning. The role is also responsible for maintaining course materials and departmental resources, including course manuals, instructor’s manuals, user guides, exercises and assessment tools. Specific duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to Sales Support Support Art Departments and Sale Coordinators during peak times or gaps in Sale Coordinator coverage by providing on-site or remote support applying deep knowledge of systems and business process Act as an advocate for the programme of Sales Support, and communicate and adhere to format, ways of working and Service Level Agreements Confidently manage a variety of stakeholder requests and demonstrate solid business judgement when providing coverage in Art Departments Tie Sales Support into continuous improvement of Training programme by identifying departmental skills gaps and work with Training and Sales Support Supervisor to feed back into training requirements, courses and collateral Maintain coverage in the assigned Art Department in times of transition to new Sale Coordinators Training Programme Development Support Training and Sales Support Supervisor in understanding systems and process training requirements and producing training needs analysis Support Training and Sales Support Supervisor in using systems expertise to create new course materials and updating existing collateral in line with business changes and continuous improvement Provide training needs analysis, creation of systems, process training collateral and resources to identify and fill gaps in curriculum Maintain strong relationships with and provide support to user base including Specialist Departments and other support teams Systems Training & Support Prepare and successfully deliver curriculum components across a range of channels including classroom, self-serve and remote learning Act as a Subject Matter Expert for relevant systems and related business processes (including JDE, COS, SharePoint, Canvas and various other Christie's applications) Maintain strong awareness of overall business activities and ability to communicate relevant information effectively Maintain currency in relevant areas of Workday Learning and Sharepoint Work with relevant IT teams where required to understand updates, new tools and enhancements and incorporate into new and existing training collateral The Candidate Essential: minimum 12 months of demonstrable related experience, preferably in an auction environment - OR mastery of Christie’s complex systems with a particular focus on JDE Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to engage with staff across all levels Organizational skills, critical thinking ability, high level of accuracy and attention to detail Demonstrated capability to adhere to deadlines, adapt to changes in priorities and manage multiple tasks and requests successfully Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and creatively problem solve Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, as well as take full ownership of deliverables Ability to master detailed business process knowledge, understanding of complex organisational culture and business needs Commitment to a culture of continuous improvement, best practice and proactivity The Benefits Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision care plans for employees and dependents (On average, Christie’s pays 80% of total premiums) 401(k) Savings Plan – Christie’s provides a matching contribution up to 5% (subject to IRS limits) Life Insurance - 3x base salary up to $400k (100% paid by Christie’s) Disability Insurance (100% paid by Christie’s) Generous time-off and leave policies; including 100% Paid Family Leave up to 16 weeks.
