Chris Ligori & Associates is seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper with a minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience and proficient in QuickBooks
Key Responsibilities:
- PAY firm’s bills online and with checks
- Handle multiple accounts including the firm trust account
- Cutting checks and making deposits from multiple accounts and making sure this is being done from the correct account
- Enter bills into our case management software for payment
- Cut checks for clients out of trust account and make deposits into the trust account
- Work with firm’s CPA regarding weekly and monthly audits and reconciliation of accounts
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks desktop and MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in an environment that can be fast paced while maintaining accuracy.
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must Work well with others in a zero drama environment
Compensation:
- Salary: Starting at $25 to $30 per hour, t/b/d based on experience
- 100% Health Insurance Paid.

- 10 days of vacation per year with 2 personal days plus sick days
