About the role:

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing crucial operational support, organizing data into accessible reports, and performing various types of analysis using key metrics for specific business units. This position’s focus is to ensure efficient day-to-day financial operations and deliver insightful and valuable reporting to the CEO and executive team. You will lead and coordinate activities from beginning to end through the use of best practices focused on problem-solving, requirements gathering, analytical assessment, and deliverables management. The ability to study a company’s financial data, collection, processing, and storage of data will be a focus of this role. Also utilizing data streaming technologies to populate a central data archive and assess business analytic requirements to support business reporting needs is paramount.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate well-roundedness in accounting, compliance, and financial forecasting with excellent presentation skills. 

Position Responsibilities and Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business, Finance, Accounting or another related field required
• 3 years’ experience working in a mid-size professional environment.
• 3 years of Financial/Accounting experience with a background in strategic reviews, quarterly forecasting, and annual plans.
• Licenses and Certificates:  Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation preferred, but not required
