Job Description
Summary:
The Program Manager of Educational Partnerships programs oversees the day-to-day operations related to the design, implementation, and execution of CHRISTUS Health’s career development programs specifically targeted to military service members. Reporting to the Director of Career Development, this individual collaborates with various departments and CHRISTUS Health leaders to identify business needs and enhance the career pipelines necessary to help participants achieve their career goals. Other responsibilities include supporting Earn to Learn Associates, oversight the Guild platform and partnership, recruitment, and managing educational partnerships.
Oversee all aspects of the education benefit platform, Guild, and related academic partnerships
Maintain consistent communication with program stakeholders and sponsors to remain aware of industry changes or other factors impacting program design
Continuously evaluate new pipeline programs to ensure ongoing process improvement occurs
Create and distribute the appropriate reports designed to measure program impact and return on investment (ROI)
Oversee the successful progression of program participants through their development journey for readiness of internal mobility within CHRISTUS Health
Assist in the onboarding of potential Associates into the Earn to Learn program
Coordinate with various CHRISTUS Health departments on behalf of Associates transitioning careers internally
Oversee the Earn to Learn pipeline programs throughout CHRISTUS Health
Partner and liaison with educational institutions to provide opportunities to Associates
Design career development experiences aligned with strategic initiatives of the organization and meeting any required program criteria
- Design career development programs aligned with strategic initiatives of the organization and meeting any required programs criteria.
- Develop programs that provide education, experience, exposure, personal growth, and evaluation to service members as they advance in their careers.
- Oversee the successful progression of service members through their designated programs.
Ensure the CHRISTUS mission, vision, core values, and cultural attributes are reflected in programs
Performs other duties that may be required or requested by the Director of Career Development
- Coordinate peer resource group meetings to help connect active program participants with program alumni and other collaborative groups.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition partner to successfully place service members in locations where their skills are needed and of best fit.
- At the conclusion of a service members program, partner with potential hiring managers to determine if a full-time role is appropriate.
- Routinely meet with program participants to ensure their successful completion of the program.
- Host educational sessions for CHRISTUS Leaders who may be hosting a program participant.
- Make data-informed decisions related to program design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Maintain consistent communication with program stakeholders and sponsors to remain aware of industry changes or other factors impacting program curricula and design.
- Ensure the CHRISTUS mission, vision, core values, and cultural attributes are reflected in programs.
- Performs other duties that may be required or requested by the Director of Career Development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area required. Master’s degree preferred.

- 2 years of experience designing, implementing, facilitating, or managing adult learning programs
- Prior military experience, DOD Skill Bridge, and/or understanding of military transition to civilian life knowledge (preferred).
- Certifications in learning program design, management, or implementation. (preferred)
