ChromaGraphics is a commercial printing and signage company serving clients in Sonoma County, and nationwide, since 1975. With an emphasis on developing enduring and valuable relationships with our clients, we strive to provide value far beyond the printed product. With a consultative approach, we work with our clients to make their product perform better, gain the visual interest of their target audience, and fulfill their logistical needs. Our production capabilities are extensive including sheetfed lithography, sheetfed digital printing, flatbed signage, roll-to-roll signage, direct mail, fulfillment, and a full complement of prepress, finishing and technology to support our clients’ needs.
What the Job is…
Our customer service representatives play a crucial role in supporting the sales cycle by facilitating customer orders, as well as serving as a liaison between customers, sales, and production.
Core responsibilities include:
- General office administration tasks
- Answer telephones and direct to the appropriate department or person
- Speak directly with prospective customers, collecting customer information and project specifications
- Maintain relationships with customers via telephone, email, as well as in-person
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, to customers picking up their completed projects and occasional walk-in customers
- Enter orders and manage project schedules and deadlines
- Understand and communicate information regarding company products to new and existing customers
Who We Are Looking for…
The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a passion for customer service; in addition to the following qualities:
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Motivated and able to prioritize their daily workflow
- Capable of moving between projects with minimal direct supervision
- Exhibit consistent desire to go above and beyond to ensure customer expectations are being met and exceeded
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability and desire to learn about our products and services
- Purchasing and acquisition experience preferred, but not required
- Some print experience preferred, but not required
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience would be useful, but not required
