Machine Operator/CNC Operator

MACHINISTS / CNC OPERATORS WANTED - GREAT PAY / GREAT CONDITIONS - VARIOUS SHIFTS TO SUIT

We are seeking CNC Machinists to join our Client.

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Starting wages: $19.00/hr -$25.65/hr (based on shift)

Key Result Accountabilities:

• Operate CNC machinery and equipment used in the manufacture of products.
• Read and follow operating manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Load component materials into product-specific tools, and perform set-ups and teardowns.
• Follow established documentation for product manufacturing.
• Receive customer supplied and purchased materials, including proper labelling, handling and movement of materials and paperwork.
• Performs in-process inspection of all parts and assemblies by the requirements stated in the work order or as otherwise stated on drawings or work instructions.
• Performs visual inspection both unaided and using microscopes.
• Performs dimensional inspection using specific dies or gauges, or dimensional inspection systems and micrometers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience required. Technical or vocational schooling preferred.
• Ability to use typical inspection equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and operation sheets.
• Good understanding of shop math.
