What are the responsibilities and job description for the Global Finance Operations Co-Op position at Chubb INA Holdings Inc.?
The position is part of the Enterprise Planning Financial Systems team in Global Finance Operations. The overall responsibilities include ongoing maintenance of TM1 platforms and system support for end users and stakeholders
Responsibilities Summary:
- Work closely with Enterprise Planning team to assist in system development initiatives
- Build TM1 based financial reports and input templates
- Develop training materials and assist in facilitating user training classes
- Manage and triage TM1 email helpdesk and provide support to end users
- Audit and test user security across TM1 platforms

- Strategic thinker who continually seeks to challenge and improve efficiency and overall processes
- Ability to understand relationship between financial systems and the underlying business needs
- Previous Co-Op experience and understanding of general business terminology
- Solid understanding of SQL and various systems structures (front end systems, general ledger, reporting tools, modeling tools)
- Customer service focused and able to adapt to changing requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Solid Excel skills
