FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR, CORQUE HOTEL

Starting Pay Rate: $19.52 - $22.96/HR, DOE

The Front Office Supervisor supervises and directs the service operations and activities of the property, ensuring efficiency and high standard of service. Ensures that all guest related issues are resolved according to departmental standards. Ensures overall property appearance and cleanliness are at optimal levels.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate.

Experience:

• One year of hotel experience.
• Supervisory experience is required.

Additional Requirements:

• Supervisory and leadership skills and abilities.

• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, rules and procedures in hotel and restaurant operations.
• Proficiency in computers, including Microsoft Office applications, e-mail and Internet.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience and tact.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments, and to delegate responsibilities.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in demanding and difficult guest situations.
• Native American hiring preference applies.
