As the Team Leader and Manager for our Paid Search department, you will take charge of launching and fine-tuning multiple client SEM accounts across various platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Facebook Ads. Your role will demand a profound grasp of ad serving dynamics, the efficacy of targeting strategies, inventory feeds management, and the adeptness to surmount technical hurdles.

Your foremost responsibility will revolve around event tracking and conversion enhancement, leveraging the power of Google Analytics to meticulously monitor website objectives and engagements. Additionally, you'll harness proprietary reporting tools to derive actionable insights and optimize campaign performances. Collaboration will be key, as you'll work closely with internal account teams to streamline production processes, elucidate outcomes, and steer strategic directions.

Our ideal candidate possesses a robust background spanning 5-10 years in ad-serving platforms, supplemented by certifications in Google Ads/Analytics and Microsoft Advertising, along with hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
