Don’t work for us; work with us. Come work with a company celebrating its 126th anniversary of helping people who help others. As the nation's premier provider of insurance to our centers of excellence focusing on religious, educational, non-profit, senior living, and camp and conference center institutions, we serve those who serve others. As a company with mid-west roots, our employees have a long history of compassion and generosity in supporting local and national charities. We provide everyone a full day of paid time off for volunteer activities, and our charitable organization, CM Cares, supports many local charities important to our employees. As a mutual insurer, our customers are the company.
Come work with the products department responsible for product development. We have recently completed a revision of our product suite and are looking to branch out into new proprietary products for our centers of excellence, while maintaining our recent improvements. Our supervisors take pride in providing an excellent balance of autonomy and support, to allow people to do their job, but provide training and assistance to relieve uncertainty. We support the company, and each other.
