Come work with the products department responsible for product development. Be a part of the team that takes ideas all the way from research and development, to drafting, to filing, to implementation and testing, and finally to production. We work with every department in the company; Underwriting; Claims; Legal; Compliance; IT; Finance; Project Management; Actuary; Processing; Training; Sales; and Customer Service. We have recently completed a revision of our product suite and are looking to branch out into new proprietary products for our centers of excellence, while maintaining our recent improvements. Our supervisors take pride in providing an excellent balance of autonomy and support, to allow people to do their job, but provide training and assistance to relieve uncertainty. What you’ll be doing:

Analyze and interpret bureau and proprietary materials to determine impact to Church Mutual's products.  Maintain table values and control the movement of tables within various company environments.  Determine maintenance priorities, monitor work flow and audit completed maintenance.  Develop and monitor compliance guidelines and provide training and guidance to team members.  Work with other Product Management teams to ensure data accuracy.

On any given day, you’ll:

• Analyze and interpret bureau and proprietary materials to assess impact to Church Mutual's products. Collaborate with other units to process policy administration system releases and to assist in building and maintaining table values for rating and operational results. Control the movement of tables and system changes between Church Mutual's various environments.
• Determine maintenance priorities, monitor work flow, and audit completed maintenance. Develop, review, and release completed maintenance.  Develop and maintain technical documentation manuals.
• Develop and monitor compliance guidelines and the implementation of changes to unit. Provide training and guidance for team members.  Assist with responding to regulatory inquiries.  Evaluate concerns/problems to next level when appropriate.  Troubleshoot data and tables to identify errors and inconsistencies.
• Train personnel and provide direction to staff members as directed.
• Analyze and interpret bureau and proprietary materials to determine impact to Church Mutual's products.
• Assist in building table values and maintain table values and control the movement of tables within various company environments.
• Determine maintenance priorities, monitor work flow, and audit completed maintenance.
• Develop and monitor compliance guidelines and provide training and guidance to team members.
• Assist in questions or issues with production transactions and maintain knowledge of production processes, procedures, and issues. Dedicated resource for systems questions.
• Coach and mentor and train less experienced staff.

Here’s what we expect

**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in the office**

• A minimum of two years' insurance experience working with coverages, products, or rating is required.
• Property and casualty insurance experience helpful.
• Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., business, finance, or technical) or equivalent experience preferred. Related industry course work is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead work initiatives, etc.
