Church of All Nations is seeking a dynamic and compassionate leader to serve as Director of Children's Ministry (CM) in a multicultural environment that includes children in English, African and Korean ministries.

The Church of All Nations is seeking a Pastor to oversee our Children’s Ministry, ensuring a nurturing, safe, and spiritually enriching environment for our young ones. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering, developing, and implementing programs tailored to meet the spiritual, social, and emotional needs of children within our congregation and the wider community.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of the Children’s Ministry across diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Foster spiritual formation and discipleship among children, integrating biblical teachings with cultural sensitivity.
  • Develop and execute engaging programs and events that cater to the spiritual, social, and emotional growth of children.
  • Collaborate with ministry leaders and volunteers to ensure a cohesive and effective ministry strategy.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children through proper protocols and supervision.
  • Build strong relationships with families, providing support and resources for spiritual development at home.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,300.00 per month

Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week

Ability to Relocate:

  • Nicholasville, KY 40356: Relocate before starting work (Required)
