Position Summary
The Rodman / Instrument Person may demonstrate knowledge and may have experience in the following:
- Working knowledge of surveying equipment
- Experience with Topcon Total Stations, TDS software a plus
- Read a survey grade level
- Take level notes and drawing sketches
- Perform basic calculations
- Upload/download data to/from a data collector on a regular basis
- Maintain field equipment
- Stock survey fleet truck with supplies and maintain inventory
- Basic survey fleet truck maintenance (wash, check oil, etc.)
Key experience, skills and qualifications
Experience in land surveying field is helpful and preferred
Must pass mandatory DMV check
