Description:
Candidate will thoroughly review all closing documents match requirements of Drop Work order.
Candidate will reach out to subcontractors to ensure corrective action.
Candidate will build reports from UDMS to control and manage open qualities are completed within the seven days.
Candidate will work with field and operations team to assist with follow ups and proper documentation.
Candidate will be knowledgeable across all platforms to assist with entire work process.
The Quality Assurance Coordinator supports the Operations Team and other departments to ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity services is being delivered to our partners.
Responsibilities will also include ensuring high performance levels for department, resolve escalated issues, assigned special projects, developing quality, compliance tracking tools, modifying processes, policies, and procedures to achieve and maintain consistent compliance with accrediting regulations and standards.
Candidate will need to run on qualities at times and address any field related concerns and complete the drop and make sure quality is up to spec.
Candidate may at times be asked to run on a drop, especially as it related to an Emergency or OOS drop order to insure we remain in metric with our customer.
Operate as a Hybrid that can help manage quality assurance and address and hot job needed in the market assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience
Valid state issued Driver's License
Knowledge of various computer systems including all Microsoft Office systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as public speaking and training abilities and experience.
Previous experience reviewing and analyzing statistical data to identify trends as well as potential problems/opportunities for improved service quality.
Candidate must know how to place a drop or can be trained.
Candidate will need to facilitate material pickup and issuance to partners.
Experience in logistics.
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to travel as needed.
