Here at CI&T we are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with Automation experience to be part of our team in our development center in Brazil. In this position, you will work closely with teams in the EU Zone, UK and Brazil, and need advanced and/or fluent proficiency in English to be comfortable communicating with these different teams and clients during the workday.

As this team is going to be responsible for bringing to market a new proposition and business, we are looking for someone with high ownership and accountability, a team player, and positively collaborative and communicative. Someone who feels comfortable challenging the status quo and takes an active role in driving the product forward with a delivery mindset and thrives when empowered with autonomy.

Responsibilities:

- Be an integral part of the test automation team, actively contributing towards the development of test strategy, tools, and services.

- Set up Automation on a greenfield project

-  Plan, create, test and maintain Continuous Integration pipelines to manage the software development lifecycle.

- Design and create automated test cases to address business and technical use cases.

- Work closely with other quality teams to ensure that standards are maintained and improved.

- Assist in the development of junior team members.

-  You will from time to time be required to undertake other duties of a similar nature as reasonably required by your line manager commensurate with the nature and level of the role.

Requirements for this challenge:

- Experience with Automation on Web Applications UI & API  QA, and Mobile Applications

- Manual Testing on Web Applications UI & API  QA

- Formulated, Managed & Executed Manual test plans

- e2e Testing

- Web Security

- NoSQL and Relational Databases

- Experience with Programming Languages
