Responsabilidades:
- Act as Squad Leader/Scrum Master of a team made up of people from the client and CI&T. This client is a renowned North American media company. You must constantly work with the client, supporting the creation of an autonomous and self-organized team, and supporting the team in block resolutions and dependency management, in addition to being responsible for conducting day-to-day rites with the client. team and negotiate deliveries and agreements with the customer in their native language;
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the team's ability to deliver on time and within budget
- Create a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement
- Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication within the team and with other stakeholders
- Ensure that the team is following best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, security and continuous integration and deployment.
Requirements for this challenge:
- Experience as a Scrum Squad Leader or Scrum Master
- Understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks that may impact project success
- Advanced English
