I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Brazil for a Data Engineer Pl/Sr to join the team!

You mission:

We are looking for a Data Platform Engineer to be part of our team in our development center working with a giant US customer. In this position, you will design and implement software solutions, working closely with teams in the US and Brazil. You need advanced and/or fluent proficiency in English to communicate with these different teams during the workday.

Requirements for this challenge:

Proficiency in Python and/or Bash for powerful scripting and automation.

Experience with SQL and a programming language such as Python or Java.

Experience with cloud platforms, with a strong preference for AWS knowledge, to leverage the best of cloud technology.

Skilled in CI/CD practices, particularly with Github Actions, to streamline and automate workflows.

Mastery in infrastructure as code tools, including Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, CloudFormation, or SAM, to architect robust cloud environments.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with ETL/ELT pipeline tools like Airflow, dbt, Fivetran.

Familiarity with some AWS services, such as AWS Storage Services (S3, DynamoDB), Amazon Kinesis Data Streams, Amazon Data Firehose.

Experience Data Lake architecture and tools (e.g. Snowflake).

Expertise in containerization technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and related tools, to enhance deployment and scalability.

Experience in microservices environments using technologies like the ELK stack, AMQP, Kafka, and GraphQL, for complex, scalable applications.
