Overview:
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Associate to join our team. As an E-commerce Associate, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales platforms and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. To be qualified you must have a fashion background.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team for stock replenishment
- Process customer orders and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Collaborate with marketing team to create engaging product descriptions and images
- Optimize product listings for search engine visibility and conversion rate optimization
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in e-commerce or online retail preferred
- Proficient in using Shopify for order fulfillment
- Familiarity with order picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing product listings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week

Experience level:

  • 1 year

  • Monday to Friday
